Raspberry Rhubarb Hand Pies
When you are trying to juggle a stroller, a dog on a leash, and your kids all at the same time, the last thing you are worried about is keeping that delicious pie you made out of harm's way. These homemade Raspberry Rhubarb Hand Pies are just the kind of mini-pies that you won't have to worry about in the first place! They are small, hand-held pies that easily fit in a tupperware making them an ideal bring-along dessert. The best thing about this mini-pie recipe is that they eliminate the need for forks and plates, so there's no mess to clean up!

If you like a good sweet/tart pie then these Raspberry Rhubarb Hand Pies are for you. Not to mention the fact that they are so conveniently individually sized. The recipe is well written and easy to follow, and the results are these delightful little pies. They are perfect for packing in a lunch box, or are easy to take to a pot luck. My favorite way to serve them is at a brunch with the girls, or when the kids have friends over. As you can see there is no end to the ways you will use these pies.
