When you're tired of cleaning caked on messes from your beautiful pots and pans then it's time to move to something non-stick. The Circulon Symmetry 12" Covered Essential Pan certainly lives up to its name in that food will never stick to it. The pan is made of PFOA-free premium quality advanced 3-layer non-stick material and you're going to love it.

The pan's exterior is attractive and adds sophistication and style to any kitchen. The heavy-duty aluminum construction is twice as hard as stainless steel, so you'll be amazed to find out you can use metal utensils on it. That's right; the interior features a food release system to reduce surface abrasion.  The hi-low circular grooves help protect the pan. Now that doesn't mean you should take an aluminum brillo pad and scratch the heck out of it, but it does mean you don't have to be as careful with your metal utensils like you do other pans.

The comfortable easy-grip handles are made of silicone for hassle-free meal prep and the shatter-resistant glass lid allows food to lock in heat and moisture. What amazes me about this pan is the fact that it can be used in the oven up to 400 degrees. I typically only use my pans on the stove, but this will certainly open up a whole new world of cooking. It's also dishwasher safe to cut cleanup time in half.

This 12-inch Essential Pan is great for cooking anything from steak fajitas to sauteed summer squash to fluffy scrambled eggs with bacon. With the non-stick and the metal-safe features, this should easily be your new pan to add to your collection. Circulon comes in amazing cookware sets that would make great gifts for a bridal shower or new homeowners.
