Spanish Garlic Scallops | So Good You Won´t Be Able To Resist
"These Spanish Garlic Scallops, known in Spain as Vieiras al Ajillo, are so good, with one taste you will not be able to resist. They´re packed with flavors, super easy to make and done in just 15 minutes. Serve them next to some roasted potatoes and a salad for one heck of a great meal. To make this recipe, I used frozen king scallops that I thawed out. The scallops I bought where wet scallops. Which means they contain a ton of water. These are the type of scallops that are most commonly sold at supermarkets. The secret? Make sure to pat them completely dry with paper towels, that way they get a crusty sear and absorb all the flavors."
