I don't cook alot of fish dishes so whenever I find one with such great reviews I go for it. This recipe has already cut down my time by cooking it in individual foil packets so cleanup isn't a problem. Next time I'm hosting guests, I can whip this up and impress them.

Salmon, baked, is so delicious and when one adds garlic and herbs, well, it elevates the deliciousness ten fold! This recipe is such a great combination of simple ingredients that produce a memorable meal. A particular favorite of mine is dill with baked fish and this wonderful dish uses dill, thyme and rosemary to very good effect. A really good recipe and a new favorite for our family.

I make this recipe all the time, at least once a week. It is so simple and the clean up is a breeze which always goes down well in my book! Toby if you are going to serve it to your guests then call it 'Salmon en papillote' and your guests will think you went to a lot of trouble -). I would serve this with the potato in a jar recipe.

This recipe is my go-to for when I'm having company over. It's really a crowd pleaser :)
