"This delicious southern Fried Catfish Nuggets recipe is easy to make and can be cooked in 10 minutes flat (extra for preparation). Once your catfish nuggets have been cut into 2" pieces let them soak in a mustard bath for an hour. After which, dredge them through a seasoned flour and cornmeal mix and drop into canola oil. We love to serve catfish nuggets with white beans and rice but they're delicious on a po'boy bun too, with french fries! "
