20-Minute Baked Italian Shrimp

20-Minute Baked Italian Shrimp
20-Minute Baked Italian Shrimp

"A simple 20-minute meal, this Baked Italian Shrimp is one of our favorite quick and easy ways to eat seafood! The shrimp is tossed in a seasoned butter sauce, making it perfect for serving over pasta, over rice, or with a loaf of crusty bread. This is one quick dinner that the entire family can agree on! The best part? It seems fancy! The Baked Italian Shrimp works just as well for a dinner party as it does for a last-minute Tuesday night family meal."

Notes*Look for this seasoning mix in the salad dressing aisle at just about any grocery store.

**This recipe yields 4 small servings. If you have a larger family, or if you really love shrimp (like us) and you can eat a larger serving, you will probably want to double the recipe!

If you are a busy mom or are new to cooking, sheet pan dinners like this are a real life - saver! All you have to do is layer everything on a pan and put it in the oven, and you have a better - than - restaurant quality meal ready in less time than it would take to drive to the restaurant! If you like more veggies, you could par - cook some zucchini chunks in the microwave for a couple of minutes and add those to the mix.
