"This pineapple prosecco cocktail is like your favorite mimosa fell in love with a fresh, ripe pineapple juice, and a shot of the ever-classy Kinky Blue Liqueur. This prosecco concoction is a tropical, bubbly delight, and one that I’m sure is going to make an appearance or two at our next company retreat. This looks really yummy. I've never made mimosa with pineapple juice before, but it sounds delicious!
