I am definitely adding this Irish Coffee recipe to my St. Patricks Day celebration dinner this year. The idea of whipping Bailey's into whipped cream on top sounds absolutely fantastic. I know my friends and family will love it. I may double down and get out my recipe for Irish Bread Pudding with Whiskey Caramel Sauce from last year.
