My favorite type of hummus is roasted red pepper flavor! I really like the addition of the almonds in this recipe. The almonds also help to thicken the hummus so it sticks well to whatever dipping items you like, such as pita chips or fresh veggies! Once you make a homemade hummus, it is really hard to go back to store bought!
