"This Key Lime Pie Dip is a super simple dip to make, and it tastes exactly like a piece of key lime pie. It is all the goodness of a key lime pie in a dip. This recipe uses only a five ingredients, including cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, lime zest, lime juice and white chocolate chips. It's light, creamy, and tangy, with a little crunch from the white chocolate chips.  It is the perfect after-dinner dessert. I love to use graham crackers, apples, and pretzels to scoop up this goodness. It would be terrific at any of your parties or holiday gatherings. It is easy to make it ahead of time and then sit it out for everyone to enjoy."

This sounds pretty good. Not a big fan of white chocolate chips, but that won't stop me from trying this dip out. I think vanilla wafers or even shortbread cookies would taste good too. I have never had apple and lime together, but I can't think of another fruit that would go with it.

This looks like a beautiful dip. I was surprised to see it contains white chocolate chips. I love the idea of dipping graham crackers into this dip. I'll make this for a dessert table on Super Bowl Weekend.
