Where did the name Frog eye come from? It is very interesting. I have heard this called everything from heavenly hash to tropical delight, but the combination of pineapple, mandarin oranges, and coconut is just one of the best things I could ever eat. The whipped cream makes this dessert so dreamy and light too.
