Layered Strawberry Dream

One bite of this delicious layered treat will send you straight to dessert heaven. Layered Strawberry Dream is an amazing no-bake dessert recipe with a graham cracker crust, cream cheese layer, then a creamy strawberry jello layer. Since it's a no-bake recipe, it comes together in a hurry and is super easy to make. This dessert can even be made ahead of time if you're taking it to a potluck or party.

Chilling Time2 hr

  • 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 can (7-ounces) condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large box strawberry jello
  • 2 large tubs Cool Whip
  • 1 bag frozen strawberries, chopped

  1. Mix together the graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar and press in the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.
  2. In medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, condensed milk and vanilla. Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the graham cracker crust.
  3. In a large bowl, dissolve jello in 1 cup of hot water and mix in the strawberries. Fold in the Cool Whip and spread over the other layers. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours before serving.

I used to make this all the time when I first got married and then again when my kids were small. They loved it and I loved how easy it was. I had lost the recipe, so was excited to see it. You can substitute other berries and jello to change the taste!
