Easy Strawberry Apple Crisp
"This no-fuss strawberry apple crisp is made with fresh strawberries and diced apples topped with a simple one-bowl brown sugar crumble topping. It only takes 1 hour from start to finish. Serve warmed with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. First, pulse the topping ingredients in a food processor until a course meal. Then make the filling by combining apples, sugar, cornstarch, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a large bowl. Fold in strawberries and place in a large, greased baking dish. Sprinkle with the topping and bake for 40-45 minutes until the fruit is bubbling and topping is browned."
