You can't go wrong with shortbread, can you? I love the chocolate dip on these cookies. I think dipping the other end in a good cup of hot chocolate is the best way to wash these cookies down the hatch. What do you think? Peppermint mocha or French vanilla cappuccino? Which one sounds better?
