Slow Cooker Pot Roast Loaded With Garlic and Onions
"This pot roast is heavy on the onion and garlic. Whole cloves of garlic are stuffed into the meat, and then it’s smothered with onions and cooked all day. It’s kind of like french onion soup, except with a lot more beef. It's so easy to make right in your slow cooker!"

There are some advantages to being single and eating loads of garlic is one of them! I'm going to take advantage whilst I can. I love garlic and I have missed out. I love using my slow cooker. I'm going to make this awesome looking pot roast and enjoy every last bit of it.

Whew, I know this is loaded with garlic, but it looks so good! I can't wait to have this cooking all day and come home to such a wonderful meal. I'm deciding what vegetable and what bread to serve with this roast. It will definitely NOT be garlic bread!
