Baked Potatoes in Slow Cooker

  • 10 to 12 potatoes

Instructions

  1. Prick potatoes several times each with a fork and wrap in foil.
     
  2. Fill slow cooker with potatoes.  Do not add water!
     
  3. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours or on high for 2¼ to 4 hours.

I have made potatoes this way many times. I will double wrap them and place on the side of beef, pork, or chicken at the same time I start cooking the meat in my crock pot....if I have room, I also add carrots for a complete meal-in-one pot. I don't bother pricking the potatoes and never had a problem.

HAS ANYONE ALREADY TRIED THIS YET? I DON'T WANT TO BURN THE BOTTOM OF MY POTATOES.
