I so have to make these Red Velvet "Kris Crinkle" Cookies. My oldest daughter loves Red Velvet cake and I think these may be better then just cake. Who doesn't love a good cookie? Right!! This recipes sounds so easy and I like that the cookies are rolled in powdered sugar before baking, not sugar. Boxed cake mix turned into a cookie, Yum!
