This recipe for 2-Ingredient Nutella Cake takes mere minutes to mix together and it will come out of the oven dense, rich and full of amazing flavor. All you need are eggs, Nutella, and powdered sugar for garnish. Nothing beats a simple dessert recipe that uses ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen!

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and generously grease a 8 or 9-inch pan.
  2. In a stand mixer, add eggs and whisk on high for about 6 minutes or until eggs appear frothy.
  3. In a microwave safe bowl, add 1 cup nutella and microwave for 25-30 seconds.
  4. Gradually fold eggs into the Nutella until well combined. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Allow cake to stand for 1 hour and garnish with powdered sugar.

So yummy and simple! But don't let the simplicity dull your creativity. You can do so much more with this cake than just topping it with powdered sugar. Create a flavorful glaze, a soft buttercream, or a sweet berry topping. Also, this would be a great batter to make cake balls dipped in chocolate and dusted with sprinkles!
