I have never used rosemary with chicken before - and now I can't imagine chicken without it :)) This recipe has gone straight to our file for The Best Dishes! It's easy to make, no fuss, and it is perfect for the family as well as good enough for guests. Absolutely delicious!

This looks good, and I LOVE how easy and affordable it is!

Can confirm. This chicken is AMAZING. Great for serving a crowd, too!

As always, I am on the scout for new recipes for chicken. This does sound delicious. The chicken presented with the fresh rosemary certainly kicks up the dish a notch or two at the table. I have all of the ingredients on hand so this one will go on the rotation for next week.

I am a true lover of easy chicken recipes. This one can not be any easier to make and it does sound irresistible. I am thawing chicken breasts for dinner today and this is what I plan to make.

I'm not sure what it is about mustard other than the fact that it's simply delicious...but it always seems to bring out something special in just about any meat I've ever prepared it with. Although, I think I'd prefer to mix the balsamic and maple syrup together with the mustard and then pour it over the chicken.

This chicken dish looks awesome. I would cook it longer to get the more caramelized crust as I really like that. I can just imagine how the vinegar/syrup taste compliment each other. I can't wait to taste this dish. I also love rosemary so I can imagine it being absolutely scrumdidlyumptious!

There is only one word for this chicken and that is YUMMMMM! I am not a fan of syrups so used dark brown sugar instead and the man of the house added some chopped fresh garlic and, like the recipe suggests, we put the dish under the broiler at the end. Boy, it was SO GOOD! The mustard and vinegar and rosemary bring lovely back flavors to the meltingly tender chicken. Definitely a keeper!

I have made baked chicken with olive oil and rosemary but this is a different twist on chicken with the maple syrup and balsamic vinegar. I am going to try this next time I make baked chicken. The rosemary is so delicious on chicken. My favorite and if you can find the fresh rosemary it is the best . Has anyone tried it with the maple syrup? Is it real sweet?

This chicken is making me hungry just looking at it! I never would have thought to use maple syrup instead of honey )
