This is a great recipe. I love having the option of slow cooker or pressure cooker! I did opt for the slow cooker. I just dumped it all in the slow cooker and let it cook all day. When I got home, this lovely smell was coming out of the kitchen, and I couldn't wait to try it. It was delicious! I did add a dollop of sour cream, chives, and some Fritos on top. It made a lovely presentation.
