Like the comment below I also used thighs and sugar cos that's what was in the pantry. The mustard sauce is delicious and I really like the fact that the dish takes no time to prepare and then cooks itself in the oven which you do something else which, in my case, was to sit in the garden with a glass of wine and watch the sunset.

I can imagine a man literally catching chicken. Anyway this chicken breast recipe looks mouth-watering. Although I'm not a fan of chicken breast, this still looks worth a try. )

Not sure what we would do with another man in the house (although there are several chores that the current man of the house has not got round to yet, lol!). Anyway this is a really good, and very simple to prepare, dish that the whole family will enjoy. The only changes we made were to use chicken thighs (because that is what was available) instead of breasts and brown sugar instead of maple syrup (because I do not like syrup). It is very tasty and we will definitely make it again.
