I made this dish using a combination of skinless chicken breasts and thighs, and it turned out really good! I thought the mustard flavor might be a little bit too strong, but it really wasn't. The fresh herbs really make a big difference, and give it a fresh and bright flavor! I tossed the extra sauce with some zucchini noodles and served that on the side.

I love how tasty this amazing chicken recipe sounds because it has all my favorite ingredients like tomatoes and chicken. I would love to serve this with a simple pasta dish on the side and some steamed veggies like broccoli. The list looks like a lot until you get it all and start mixing it up. It really seems like it will be fast.

This chicken dish really is no work and looks amazing. I am definitely going to make this one. Served with rice it will be fit for a king. I think I would even add your vegetables, possibly carrots, into the oven dish and bake them as well at the same time. I am sure this is going to taste delectable.
