"These Homemade Chicken Mashed Potato Bowls are so easy! I don’t understand how I had never made these before at home. This is one of those dinners that everyone ate without whining and went back for seconds. Now I worked for KFC for years and I worked there when the KFC Mashed Potato bowl came out. I remember back than making so many for drive-thru orders. However as a mom to buy them it didn’t seem cost-effective and oh its a pain to order one with no gravy, one with no chicken, and one with no corn.
