You don’t need a lot of fancy ingredients to create tasty mouthwatering recipes. few basic ingredients paired with basic seasonings and you have yourself a dinner that the whole family will love! Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts (cut lengthwise giving 4 cutlets)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 2 celery sticks (chopped)
  1. Cut each chicken breast lengthwise in the middle (you will get 4 cutlets in total).

  2. Pound the cutlets with the back of a knife flattening them to about 1/2 inch thick.

  3. Prepare the flour, Panko bread crumbs and eggs into 3 different dishes.

  4. Salt and pepper the flour, bread crumbs and eggs (each layer will be seasoned).

  5. Flour each chicken cutlet, then dip into the eggs, then press down into the bread crumbs.

  6. Fry in a pan 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown (do not completely cook the chicken at this stage).
