If dad can make it, it has to be easy right? That is why I am looking at this recipe. I am not good at BBQs and in my house I have to do it. I like the sound of lime juice, honey and soy sauce marinade. Of course the fresh squeezed lime margarita won't go amiss either!

This recipe sounds like it would be absolutely delicious. I love grilled chicken and the spices and flavor combinations of this one sound so good. I love a little heat and the red pepper flakes, if used well bring a great flavor and nice heat to meat dishes. I think I would add a side of white rice with soy sauce as a side and maybe grill some pineapple slices too. I would also probably also grill some zucchini to go along with the meal as well. It is grilling season here in Wisconsin and I am going to try these chicken kebabs as soon as I can .

I have these marinating in my refrigerator right now! We're going to have an early Memorial Day potluck on Sunday and then another one on Mon. Tomorrow I'm taking these chicken skewers to one. The only thing I changed was to stick a pineapple chunk and jalapeno slice in bertween the chicken to make the meat go farther and cut down on cost. BUt quite frankly, I think the grilled pineapple and jalapeno will be a great taste compliment. It's easy for me to get carried away, though, and I wanted to add the whole works-tomato, green and red bell peppers, mushrooms, but I held back. It was difficult!

Summer is here, time to fire up the grill! Can't wait to make these.
