I love the combination of the two cheeses used, could you try/ use any two cheeses you think might go well together? I also love the fiery zing this will have with the chilli flakes added, I love it. Would this be nice served with a creamy mash or would you stick to the green vegetables?

This chicken recipe sounds so incredible. I can't wait to try it! I love that you used two different cheeses. I think that is what helps balance out the pepper flakes you added. It sounds like it will be something we will have more than once in the coming weeks.
