What a great way to present a cheesecake? I love that you made this into a brulee. The fact that you added the pumpkin to the cheesecake is a fun way to revamp the classic plain cheesecake recipe. I bet my family will adore this idea as much as I do.

This looks so yummy. Too bad I am finding it now as I am waiting on the rest of my Thanksgiving meal to finish cooking because this for sure would have been included with my desserts this year. I will definitely try it before Christmas to see if it actually gets the seal of approval for Thanksgiving next year.
