Cranberries are the staple fruit of the holiday season, aren't they? They're perfect in so many easy dessert recipes, including this No-Bake Sparkling Cranberry Orange Cheesecake. It's absolutely beautiful and tastes even better! The cheesecake filling is flavored with orange juice and zest while the cranberries are soaked and coated in sugar. This is an excellent Thanksgiving or Christmas recipe. With the bright orange flavor and tart-but-sweet cranberries, this will most definitely become your new favorite no-bake dessert. All you have to do is refrigerate it for a few hours so that the yummy cheesecake filling can set.

This is such a simple homemade cheesecake recipe. I highly recommend it if you don't normally make cheesecakes! Also, if you have never tried sugar-coated fruit before, this is also a great recipe for you to make! Sugar-coated fruit looks so beautiful and elegant, so it's perfect for a cake topping!
