Ingredients
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 1/2 of a soup can of milk
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/3 of a 1-pound package rotini pasta or medium shell pasta (about 1 1/2 cups), cooked and drained
- 1 tablespoon plain dry bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoons butter, melted
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Stir the soup, milk, black pepper and pasta in a 1-quart casserole.

Stir the bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the pasta mixture.

Bake for 20 minutes or until the pasta mixture is hot and bubbling.

This is a very quick and easy version of macaroni and cheese. I would use skim or 1 % milk to lighten this up. The pasta should be drained before it is completely done to ensure that the consistency is good in the casserole. The pasta will continue to cook in the oven. Chopped onions that are browned would be a good addition to this recipe.

This is super a good recipe! We make this, and include 2 (cooked) chicken breasts (shredded), and 4 strips of crumbled bacon to this also. There are never any leftovers!
