Looking for casserole recipes that have it all? This Cheesy Crab Bake recipe is loaded with vegetables, cheese, and crab, so your family will have an all around well balanced dinner. It's also great for toting to potlucks!

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 3 green peppers, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 chicken boullion cube
  • 1 can (small) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small package of Velveeta
  • 1 (8-ounce) package imitation crab meat
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Melt butter, chicken boullion cube, and Velveeta in saucepan. Once creamy, stir in cream of chicken soup.
  3. Spray 9x13 casserole dish with cooking spray. Layer rice, crab, and veggies, stir in cheese sauce.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes covered. Uncover dish and bake an additional 20 minutes.
