Italian Panini Sandwich

Panini recipes are the easiest and most delicious recipes to make for lunch or dinner. Made with Mozzarella cheese and Kalamata olives, this Italian Paninan Sandwich is one gooey melted delight.

Ingredients
- 2 slices of whole grain bread
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch dry oregano
- 5 Kalamata olives, chopped
- 2 slices of Mozzarella cheese
- 1 basil leaf
Instructions
- Preheat panini press to medium heat.
- Cover one side of the bread with olive oil and sprinkle it with oregano on top.
- Cover the other slice with mozzarella cheese and put olives on top.
- Put one slice on top the other and pop to panini press for couple of minutes or until exterior is crisp and the cheese is gooey and melted.
