This BBQ Chili Cheese Biscuit Casserole is just fun. Fun to make, and fun to eat. All the flavors of a great chili stepped up a notch with the bar b que sauce, and then the added bonus of a cheesy biscuit on top, can it get any better? You owe it to your family to make this for them. They will truly love it.

This looks like a great hearty meal with lots of vegetables included. I won't use kale or spinach, but everything else sounds great. We love chili, and anything with a cheesy biscuit sounds wonderful. I would think you could simplify this and use a tube of store-bought biscuits. I might even try something with cornbread batter. Hmm...
