"Meringue Kisses, these melt in your mouth 3 ingredient mini drops are the perfect party treat. Make them any colour, make them red so perfect for Valentine's Day. Everyone loves Meringue Drops. I love the fact that something made with only a few ingredients can turn out so perfect. Making Meringue can be a little tricky but if you follow the instructions perfectly there should be no problem. If you like coloured meringue drops then just add a line or two of colouring gel in your pastry bag before adding the meringue."

I love to make meringues for Christmas. In fact, it is the recipe that is requested the most. I never thought of making for Valentine's Day. I love the touch of red that is in these cookies. These look yummy, and very festive. I am definitely putting these on my to-do list. My husband has a sweet tooth, and I think these would be nice to surprise him with after work.
