I absolutely love Torrone, and would never have imagined it is so easy to make. This Chocolate Torrone recipe is very well written and easy to follow, it's nearly impossible to make a mistake. I could barely contain myself with how great it turned out. I am definitely adding some home made Chocolate Torrone to my Christmas Cookie exchange this year.

This puts pretty much every other candy bar I've ever tried to shame. I love the mix of chocolates along with the hazelnuts, and the dark chocolate coating is a perfect topping to this. I'd like to try making this next with almonds in place of the hazelnuts. I think chocolate and almonds are a perfect match, and this bar could possibly be even better with almonds in the mix. Thanks for posting this great recipe!
