  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Powered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut Extract
  • 3 cups Heavy Cream
  • 16 ounce Crushed Pineapple
  • 3 cups Butter
  • 3 cups Powered Sugar
  • 6 teaspoons Pineapple Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Extract
  • 8 ounce Crushed Pineapple
  1. Grease two 8 or 9 inch round cake pans.

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C.)
