I love layered desserts! I'll be making this for a friend's birthday this weekend and I'm so excited!

Layered desserts are always The Best because of the WHOOOOSH of the layers when they combine in ones mouth, lol! As a chocoholic my favorite layer was the top one but in truth there are all really good. The family all tucked in with gusto and we all ate far too much of it but that it simply because it is so luscious!

I love graham crackers and this looks delicious. I've to make it.

What a great little treat to make for an outdoor cookout! Or, well, any time or occasion for that matter. I love the vanilla pudding filling, and I wonder if it would go better with using chocolate graham crackers. I believe one can never have enough chocolate and I think it would work very well with this particular icebox cake.

Oh my this looks so amazing. I love ice box cakes but I don't really love the taste of the ones with the chocolate wafers so this would be a great alternative. The icing on the top looks so fudgy and decadent. I can't wait to try this! I'll have to look for the French Vanilla flavor of the pudding as I don't recall ever seeing that.

"Lazy" and "cake" are two of my favorite words when it comes to food.

Best served cold, I ate it warm so make sure you cool it.

Perfect for kids I actually really would like an Eclair now!

I'll be trying this one soon Yum!

I have made this one and the cream puff cake. This one is faster, uses a lot fewer utensils and as far as I'm concerned, tastes a lot better, so I'll stick with this one. Thanks

I made this for the 4th - decadent and so easy! I left the graham crackers as whole as possible. Everyone thought it was great and there was none left to take home :(

Now look's good I guess I'm going to have to try that one sometime.
