I'm always in search of new things to toss on the grill in addition to the usual standards. This sounds absolutely great and I definitely want to give this a try. I love Middle Eastern food, and this is a truly easy recipe to make. Just combine everything, mix, form into sausage-like objects, skewer, and cook. I think I'd serve this with some pita bread and tzatziki sauce.

These are the perfect summer recipe! You can even make them inside on a grill pan. The flavors are spot on, not overpowering, just right. Delish!
