Teriyaki Chicken Kabobs
There is nothing like a good chicken kabob recipe. Teriyaki Chicken Kabobs are great as a dinner entree or as an appetizer recipe for your next party. Made on the grill to get the flavor of the open flame, its robust flavor will have you eating skewer after skewer. Serve with your favorite vegetables and enjoy your favorite chicken recipes on a stick!
- 1 pound boneless chicken thighs or breast, cut lengthwise
- For the Marinade:
- 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon red wine
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- salt and pepper, to taste
Wooden skewers soaked in water
Mix all marinade ingredients together. Massage chicken with marinade and let it marinade for 20 minutes at room temperature.
Meanwhile, soak skewers in water for 20 minutes.
Skew the chicken and grill it on preheated grill to medium high heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until the chicken cooked thru.
Serve with extra teriyaki sauce for dipping.
