Easy Chicken Kabobs
Great for the summer, throw these on the grill with your favorite vegetables and enjoy. Seasoned with a homemade mustard lemon sauce, it's tangy flavor will have you eating skewer after skewer. Chicken recipes have never been better.
- 1 pound chicken thighs or breasts cut to 1-in cubes
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- zest from 1 lemon
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- pinch cayenne pepper
- pinch bell pepper, deseeded and cubed
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Mix all the marinade ingredients together.
Cover the chicken well with marinade and leave it to marinade for at least 20 minutes.
Place the chicken on skewers: after every piece of chicken place piece of pepper and so on.
If you use wooden skewers soak them in water prior.
Pop to grill for 5 minutes then flip to the other side and grill for 5 more minutes.
