It has been so many years since I've had a hot pocket! I used to love the taste but hating how hot they got and how you would always burn your tongue from eating them too quickly! My favorites were meatball marinara, 4 cheese pizza, and of course, this classic- the ham and cheese! Great idea to make them homemade!

I used to love hot pockets when I was a kid but hated that it was hard to completely defrost the outside. Won't have a problem with that if I make these homemade ones!
