Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 6 bone-in pork chops, 1/2-inch thick (about 3 pounds)
- 1 medium onion, sliced (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 can (10.75-ounces) Campbell's Condensed Cream of Celery Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions

Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook until well browned on both sides.

Add the onion and cook until the onion is tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in the soup and water and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cook for 5 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.

Oh my gosh are these porkchops delicious! Sometimes I like to stir in a little bit of extra flavour by adding worchestershire sauce or a bit of dry onion soup mix. They are great served with potatoes because you can pour the leftover porkchop sauce over the top. Yum!

I use to make this recipe years ago, but with golden mushroom soup. Found on the bck of Campbells soup. Very good!
