"We love this paleo fritta! It is a kale and sweet potato frittata which is paleo and such a tasty and healthy way to start your day. We are big fans of frittata. They taste great, they can be made in so many varieties, they are easy to make, and they are a great meal to make ahead of time and then enjoy throughout your busy week without having to spend lots of time in the kitchen. They're great for breakfast, brunch, or even dinner and this sweet potato kale paleo frittata is a new favorite!"
