Can the sweet crescent roll breakfast bars be frozen??

Sweet Crescent Roll Breakfast Bars...YUMMY! This recipe has everything you need, cream cheese, cinnamon, sugar, all wrapped in a delicious crescent roll. I have to admit, I took the recipe just a little further, and added a powdered sugar glaze on top. OMG...there are no words to describe how great these are.

It's so clever to make these with crescent rolls! Even I could probably pull this off.

Yum! I love easy breakfast casseroles like this one.

In your ingredient list you list 2 T cinnamon and in your instructions you list 2 t cinnamon. Which is correct?

I really like this recipe. It's basically reminiscent of a cream cheese pastry, just a lot easier to make. I agree with rnbowgrl below that some sliced apples and walnuts would be a great addition to this recipe. I'm definitely going to try this soon as we're expecting some company for the holidays and this would make an excellent breakfast pastry. I love recipes like this that look like a lot of time and effort went into them, but are actually a snap to put together.

I am an all-day sucker for crescent rolls and any recipe that they can be used in. This recipe for breakfast bars has peaked my interest and I would love to give it a try. At the moment, I think the recipe can be halved. I just don't think me and the hubby can eat 2 packages each of crescent rolls and cream cheese. Any idea if halving is doable?

This is such an easy recipe. Cream cheese, sugar and cinnamon is a taste combination I have not had before but it sounds interesting. These ingredients will be added to the grocery list and I plan to make this when the kids visit this weekend.

Pastry has always been my favorite choice for a quick breakfast but the store versions are so sweet I can't eat them. This recipe is effortless and I can't wait to try it...although, I'm sure it will be amazing just as it is I think the perfect compliment would be to bake some apples with raisins into it and maybe top it off with some chopped walnuts. Yum!
