I love French Toast, and French Toast breakfast casseroles are one of my favorites. This is a wonderful version and I like that it could also double as a very tasty dessert. We've made a number of these type of casseroles before using the French Toast and Cinnamon Swirl bagels from Panera, and I don't think there'd be any problems using them in this recipe, either.
