These remind me of hot pockets, but better! I've never thought of using pretzel rolls for a breakfast sandwich, but it sounds so delicious!

My boyfriend would seriously love these! One of our favorite guilty pleasures is going to the Amish market near his house in Maryland and getting pretzel logs stuffed with cheese, meat like ham or bacon, egg, veggies, etc. This is an interesting 'twist' on that pretzel log concept! Plus, these look super easy to make. Pretzels usually intimidate me but not these!

This Ham, Egg and Cheese Pretzel Rolls is interesting as it used pretzel dough to make the rolls. Pretzels are interesting food snacks, when eaten by itself. I'm intrigued how it will taste when used to prepare this ham and egg preparation. Can't wait to make this breakfast fare.

This recipe had me at Ham, Egg and Cheese, lol! Who does not LOVE that flavor combination, right? I made them early one morning during the week as we were going on a road trip. Well the family devoured them as though they had not been fed in weeks. In fairness to my loved ones, they really were decadently delicious and we will definitely will be having them again. Often!

I love pretzel bread, so this recipe looks absolutely fantastic. These little rolls are perfect for popping in your mouth when you're in a hurry.

These are definately going into my 'Go To' file for breakfasts, especially when we have a lot of guests on a weekend. They are not only delicious but portable when you have to get out the door in a hurry. So I will make them the night before and reheat them in the morning while the family is getting ready. Thanks for the idea!

These little rolls are so elegant looking, they will be the star of the show at your next brunch! I love the homemade pretzel dough recipe, and plan to save it to use for many other things. You could do a chicken, broccoli, and cheddar version for a quick weeknight meal using leftovers.
