Ingredients

  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 3 cups Shortening or Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Pecans Chopped
  • 1 cup Dates Chopped
  • 1/3 cup Maraschino Cherries
  • 2 cup Corn Flakes
  1. Cream together the sugar and shortening.

  2. Add the milk, vanilla, and eggs. Beat to combine.
