This looks like a great item to serve for breakfast or as a snack while watching TV. Anything with cheese and bacon always gets me interested and this is a wonderfully simple recipe. I'd be interested in trying this with some other cheeses in addition to the cheddar. Maybe a jack cheese or a pepper jack cheese to add a bit more variety. I'd also prefer something like a marina sauce instead of the honey or agave.

This sounds absolutely decadent with both bacon and cheese! I love recipes that you can use for snacks or meals and feed a crowd. I can definitely see this as a holiday appetizer. Can't wait to try it!
