"Love avocados? Have you ever had avocado toast? It combines the traditional flavors of guacamole with toasty bread for a delicious, quick and easy open-faced breakfast sandwich. Keep it vegan or add a sunny side-up egg on top. It will quickly become one of your favorite breakfasts! - 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon cilantro
- juice from 1/2 a lime
- sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 4 slices bread
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, scoop the avocado from the skin, and place in a small bowl.
Mash the avocado with a fork.
Stir in the chopped cilantro and lime juice.
