You only need the three simple ingredients and a donut pan to make this moist, fluffy dessert for breakfast recipe. These pumpkin cake donuts taste amazing all by themselves. For extra yumminess, though, make the cream cheese glaze and the cinnamon-sugar coating. You won't believe how wonderful these little donuts taste! You'll want to enjoy their perfect flavor all day long, not just for breakfast.

This is such a great and super simple donut recipe! The one catch is you do need a donut pan in order to bake them. If not, try a mini muffin pan and you can always call them "pumpkin duffins" (donut/muffins). I recommend baking the donuts as directed minus 2 minutes and then lightly pan frying them in a little bit of oil. Baked donuts don't have that bakery taste so the little bit of oil definitely helps with that flavor!!
