Very simple and incredibly tasty. I love cheese-stuffed rolls, and the addition of pesto is a great idea. I could easily see adding a little bit of sausage or beef to the pesto and mozzarella pearl, which would make it the perfect snack to have in the evening. I've always enjoyed using the refrigerated flaky rolls as a ready-made base for new recipes and this is a great one to try. We have some good store-bought pesto, but once our basil comes in, I'm going to try making my own again.
